easy set up & works great

First, i want to say these folks at Weeders digest are top flight...it is awesome to find a compnay with such great customer service....hats off to you.... I had an issue with oscillating unit and they gave great advice and support- they solved the issue promptly with no fuss- thank you Now for the unit itself- it is easy to program and mpunt the thruster unit...directions are clear and simple....took 20 min.....my goodness that thing works like a charm...unbelievable results very quickly.....i had a thruster unit in a free standing frame which is very good and i would recommend but the oscillating unit has made my life immeasurably easier because it covers so much territory without moving it.....if you have a thruster...the oscillating unit is a must have.......and these folks stand by their stuff so don’t bother looking elsewhere

The 360 is needed to use the thruster, with out it, you would be continually moving the mount. It is easy to program and seems to work fine.

I had a little trouble getting the unit to do as it should so I called the number on the ticket. Doug answered even though it was late on Good Friday. He took the 20 minutes or so to patiently explain how to rectify the situation and now the unit works like a charm.

We had an electrical issue with our 360 Oscillator. After discussing the problem with Doug over the phone he offered to come out to our house, assess the problem in more detail and fix the electrical issue. All of this at no cost!!! They definitely stand behind they products and give excellent service. Thank you Doug for going above and beyond anything I expected when I called about the electrical issue.

I am always worried about the set up on electronics because of how complicated they can be, but to my amazement this was simple and did exactly as stated. The 20 min delay before the oscillation begins is a little long, and wish that that amount of time could be adjusted but that is a minor detail.

your product and customer service is excellent, have recommended this product to most of my lake neighbors. Your customer service is one of kind!!! It has made our swim area weed free!! I have tried a lot of different products and this os the best for removal and control and best of all no work!!

What a wonderful machine. Its a must with the aqua thruster saves time. No need to turn the thruster manually.

I started using the thruster 2 years ago and it works great to keep my dock area clear, but it was evident that the oscillator would be more efficient than adjusting by hand all the time. We installed the oscillator this spring and it works great. Keeps the whole area clean without all the work. Well worth the investment. It was easy to install and set up.
