If you have an order that you would like to return or exchange please review our returns policy below. You can submit your request using one of the two options shown at the bottom of this page.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the items cost. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item. etc).

Depending on which item you return and if it is still in brand new working condition (not our error), there may be a 20% restocking fee applied. Regardless, let us know and we will do whatever we can to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our priority! You can call us toll-free at 877-224-4899.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases the refund will be applied faster than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Regarding charges, relating to US versus Canadian dollars, shipping costs, and applicable taxes/duties, we’re providing information below on what costs you’ll be responsible for as a Lake Weeders Digest customer.   • Any duty or other provincial tax charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise documented at the point of sale in writing by Lake Weeders Digest.

  • Refused customer orders that are returned to Lake Weeders Digest are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all associated shipping charges.

  • Lake Weeders Digest charges Canadian customers the price of product plus applicable shipping costs

  • Orders processed through Weedersdigest.com are in US Dollars only.

  • Prices listed on weedersdigest.com are in US Dollars

  • Free or reduced price shipping promotions listed on weedersdigest.com may exclude Canadian orders at the discretion of Lake Weeders Digest

 

Submit Return/Exchange Request

If you need to return an item, the best way is to simply login to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
