If you have an order that you would like to return or exchange please review our returns policy below. You can submit your request using one of the two options shown at the bottom of this page.

Return Policy


Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. You have the option to exchange or return most new, unopened items within 30-days of receiving your order for a complete refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).  Returns requested after the initial 30-day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please note that returned items must be in new condition, unassembled, and in their original packaging, with all accompanying parts and/or components.


You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases the refund will be applied faster than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

CANADIAN CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Regarding charges, relating to US versus Canadian dollars, shipping costs, and applicable taxes/duties, we’re providing information below on what costs you’ll be responsible for as a Lake Weeders Digest customer. Please feel free to give us a call if you have additional questions, or if you’re having a difficult time placing an order. Our company sincerely appreciates your business!

  • Any duty or other provincial tax charges are the sole responsibility of the customerunless otherwise documented at the point of sale in writing by Lake Weeders Digest.

  • Refused customer orders that are returned to Lake Weeders Digest are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all associated shipping charges.

  • Lake Weeders Digest charges Canadian customers the price of product plus applicable shipping costs

  • Orders processed through Weedersdigest.com are in US Dollars only.

  • Prices listed on weedersdigest.com are in US Dollars

  • Free or reduced price shipping promotions listed on weedersdigest.com may exclude Canadian orders at the discretion of Lake Weeders Digest

 

Submit Return/Exchange Request

To initiate a return, you will require a return authorization (RA).  Returns without an RA will not be accepted.  Please reach out to our customer service team at 763-551-1441, and they will guide you through the return process.

Certain items are non-returnable, including the Eco-Harvester, Eco-Force, WaterBug, Water Gator, WaterShark, WaterBeetle, AirStream Pro, DIY Dredge, and any special-order items.

 

 

Incorrect Items / Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item in your order, please contact us immediately at 763-551-1441.  A customer service representative will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.
