The AVG can be used in water depths up to 4 feet and comes with a 2 year warranty. It has a powerful 24 cc 2-cycle engine and a sealed gear box to keep it running smooth for years to come. Additionally, we have an optional shoulder strap and an optional float mount available to make the job of cutting down Curly-Leaf Pondweed that much easier.
Our WeedShear measures 49 inches in width and features a v-shaped razor sharp stainless steel blades that easily cuts through Curly-Leaf Pondweed at its roots. This product comes with a hand held sharpener, a 25 foot polypropylene rope and folds up for easy storage.

The Beach Roller is a handheld tool with a specially designed roller that cuts and pulls Curly-Leaf Pondweed from the bottom of your lake or pond. This product also agitates muck sitting on the bottom of your lake or pond allowing it to blow away.

Herbicide Control of Curly-Leaf Pondweed

Herbicide Products To Control Curly-Leaf Pondweed
Hydrothol 191 Granular is highly effective at killing Curly-Leaf Pondweed in the application area and not away from the targeted area. It’s active ingredient is Endothall, mono (N,N-dimethyl alkylamine) salt.
Hydrothol 191 Granular is a slow releasing herbicide which accounts for its long lasting effects. Studies show Hydrothol 191 Granular present in the lake bottom 3 months after its application and had no effect on aquatic life because of the slow release of active chemicals.
Aquathol Super K is a granular herbicide that works especially well for early season Curly-Leaf Pondweed. Its active ingredient is dipotassium salt of endothall and it prevents the weed from producing the proteins it needs.
Aquathol Super K begins working upon contact with Curly-Leaf Pondweed and initial results can be seen in as little as 1 to 3 days. A full kill of the weed takes about 1 to 2 weeks.
Aquathol K is a liquid herbicide that works well for early season Curly-Leaf Pondweed, just like Aquathol Super K Granular. Its active ingredient is also dipotassium salt of endothall.
Aquathol K liquid herbicide works just as effectively as its counterpart Aquathol Super K, so it really boils down to whether you would rather use a liquid or a granular.
