These replacement props are made for 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP and 1 HP AquaThruster™ motors, with separate versions for the new Sure-Flo Weed Resistant Cage models and the Metal Cage models. Each model and horsepower has its own designated prop, so choose the option that matches both your cage type and your motor horsepower.
A cracked or chipped prop reduces thrust and can throw the unit out of balance, decreasing performance and potentially damaging the motor. Replacing a damaged prop is one of the fastest ways to get your AquaThruster™ moving muck and debris like new again.

2. Identify your horsepower 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP or 1 HP, from your motor label or order.

How to Replace
Replacing Your AquaThruster™ Prop
- Unplug the AquaThruster™.
Disconnect the motor (and the oscillator, if you have one) from power and lift the unit out of the water. - Clear the cage.
Remove weeds, fishing line or debris wrapped around the cage and prop. - Have the right tool ready.
Metal Cage models: a 9/64" key to hold the shaft in place. Sure-Flo Cage models: a 3/4" wrench or socket. - Remove the old prop.
Metal Cage models: hold the shaft with the 9/64" key while spinning the old prop off. Sure-Flo Cage models: use the 3/4" wrench or socket. - Install the new prop.
Spin the new prop on the same way and make sure it is fully seated and secure. - Inspect and return to service.
Check the cage and hardware, return the unit to the water, then restore power.
